Hello, Church Family. First, I hope you are doing well, staying healthy and remaining hopeful during this long interruption in our usual ways of life. God will provide. Someday soon, we will emerge from isolation to restore our fellowship, worship, Bible studies, prayer gatherings, and all the important parts of our church life.
I want to provide an update for those of you who have been in the Immerse groups, on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings. I had originally asked you to keep following the reading schedule, hoping we would only miss a few weeks. Now it seems likely that we won’t be back together for several more weeks, and we don’t want to miss out on discussing so much great material in our readings. So, we will plan to pick up again where we left off in Jeremiah, whenever we are able to resume meeting together, even if that means waiting until next fall. Once we can start meeting again, I will send out an updated reading schedule. In the meantime, if you want to keep your Immerse reading habit alive, I would suggest re-reading Messiah.
